access the subscriber area of the site
1. Check that 'Caps lock' is off before entering your username
and password as it is case sensitive.
2.
Check that your free trial period or subscription to the site
is still current, and that you are using the most recent username
/ password you have been given.
3.
Speak to the technical support contact within your organisation
to see if they have encountered similar problems before, they
may be able to quickly resolve your difficulty.

want to bookmark the site permanently.
For
Netscape Navigator / Communicator users:
1.
Go to www.insurancenewsaustralia.com/news
and enter in your username and password.
2. When you have been admitted to the subscriber area, click
on Bookmarks (just below the menus at the top of the screen
on your browser)
3. Click on 'Add bookmark' or if you wish to put the bookmark
in a particular folder 'Flie bookmark', then select the relevant
folder.
4. Check that the bookmark has been created by clicking on
Bookmarks again.
For
Internet Explorer users:
1.
Go to www.insurancenewsaustralia.com/news
and enter in your username and password.
2. When you have been admitted to the subscriber area, click
on Favorites (just below the menus at the top of the screen
on your browser)
3. Click on 'Add to favorites' and choose a name and folder
for your bookmark .
4. Check that the bookmark has been created by clicking on
Favorites again.
